1. You can order at www.sevenskystore.com for easier ordering. 

2. This is an order form just in case you want to order traditionally.

3. You can upgrade to v-neck for only +50 pesos. (black and white shirts only)

4. Shipping fees are +60 door to door Manila or +150 door to door for outside Manila deliveries.

5. All LBC BRANCH pickups are +150 pesos (within Manila and Outside Manila.)
